Code System Access Code Guide

We develop two access control lines that respond to the specific needs that each business may have.

Code System Plus

  • The tourist rents the room / Apartment

  • THE OWNER OR MANAGER GENERATES AN ACCESS CODE THROUGH THE SOFTWARE INSTALLED ON YOUR COMPUTER

    Adding in the software the duration of the tourist’s stay (between 1 and 21 days)
    -The time of entry: at 8:00 or at 15:00 on the first day
    -The departure time: at 12 noon on the last day

  • NO NEED FOR ANY MANIPULATION ON THE CODE-SYSTEM KEYBOARD

    The software can be installed on any computer, and no Internet connection is required.
    Nor is it necessary to go to the physical keyboard to activate the access codes, once created with the program, the code will be valid for the duration that has been determined.

  • DELIVERY OF THE CODE TO THE TOURIST

    Once you have the personalized code for the client, which will appear on the screen, you can provide it to the tourist as you prefer.

  • THE TOURIST HAS ACCESS TO THE ROOM OR APARTMENT

    Once you have the code, you can access your room during the days of your stay. (which you have previously defined in the code system software)
    This same 6-digit code will be valid for the keypad at the entrance door to the building, the parking lot, the pool and other accesses, also during the days of your stay.
    Before or after these dates, the code will not be valid.

  • AT THE END OF THE STAY, THE ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM IS NO LONGER VALID

    The customer leaves the room on the last day before 12.00 AM and the Code System access control automatically stops working

Code System Basic

  • Up to 60 4-digit fixed codes

  • 3 4-digit master codes.

    You will be able to leave active the codes that you need for example for the maintenance or cleaning people of the building.

  • 1 variable 6-digit code for tourist use.

  • Simple configuration on the same keyboard.

    You can modify, create or delete each code directly on the keyboard.

  • Compatible with electric strike

  • Fully autonomous keyboard.

    Once the codes have been entered manually, they will work autonomously until you decide to change it.

What type of lock is installed with the system?

In the installation of our security systems we include a reinforced electric strike, an Anti-card and Anti-Panic lock and a cylinder with interior knob

How is the Door Opening with Code configured?

With our keypad you can configure, on the same keyboard, up to 60 valid 4-digit codes for each of your doors, with total flexibility.

You can leave active the codes that you need for example for the maintenance or cleaning of the building.

Likewise, you can modify, create or delete each one of them, at any time and from anywhere.

How is the installation?

Our Code System Basic keyboard has a very simple installation, any electrician can do it.

You only need a connection between the strike, the keyboard and the power supply.

Additionally, we always send the codes with our installation manual.

In this manual we detail with graphics the step by step to install and program the codes.

What is the approximate cost?

Code System Basic has a very affordable price, from 270 euros, and the benefits it will give to your tourist apartments are many.

You can forget about key deliveries, lost keys, expensive cards and annual software payments.
